Safety Policy

Look after yourself and your friends! If you are feeling unwell tell us immediately. We will have designated Burnia First Aid officers and qualified medics on site if anything goes wrong.

For your safety, professional medics will be on-site from 10pm – 6am each day. They will be stationed in a central and visible location. They will also patrol the festival site.

When medics are not on site, a Burnia First Aid Officer will be your first point of contact in the case of a medical emergency. Our First Aid Officer will be wearing a red vest.

While you are enjoying the lush rainforest around the festival site, we encourage you to partake in outdoor activities such as swimming in the creek or going on a hike.

Please note that if you do partake in these activities, you are doing so at your own risk. Be cautious of your surroundings and use common sense.

We do not encourage any risk taking behaviour.

By attending Woodburnia 2024, you are acknowledging that you have both read and have familiarised yourself with the information on this website and agree to abide by all of our policies.

Woodburnia 24 is a recreational activity involving various risks. These risks include a single-lane and windy unsealed road up to the campsite, cars moving around the campsite, wildlife, bodies of water, falling branches, sharp drop-offs around the dance floor & around the event site, tripping hazards such as uneven ground and cables, theft of belongings, and any other risks associated with camping and outdoor music events.

By attending Woodburnia 24, you acknowledge that you understand these risks, and absolve the organisers and landowner of any and all liability for any injuries or loss.

Refund & Cancelation Policy

Please note, we do not offer refunds in the event you are unable to attend Woodburnia 2024. However, resale ticketing services will be available through Tixel at a later date.

In the event of an extreme weather events causing a cancellation of Woodburnia 2024, we will be implementing a refund policy whereby 85% of the ticket cost will be refunded to patrons. The remaining 15% will be used solely to pay for upfront costs already expended by organisers. We hope you understand our decision to do this. Please note that by purchasing a ticket, you are agreeing to this condition.
